Working with Raw Apple Cider Vinegar that has the "mother." Braggs brand is great!
Ingredients:
Apple Cider Vinegar-raw
Bones: best are bones with some cartilage. Your local butcher might have some for free.
The acidic element of the cider helps to draw out the minerals from bone.
Substitute: Lemon juice
Herbalist use cider to draw out minerals from plants as well.
Cooking:
Simmer bone broth for 24 hours stove top or crockpot..
I a pot or crock pot pour water and add vinegar. 1/2 cup to 1 cup.
